In line with Andes Iron’s strong commitment to business ethics, transparency, and full regulatory compliance, no retaliation will be taken against whistleblowers who act in good faith.
Reports will be received by a responsible individual with the necessary expertise in internal investigations. Each case will be referred to the Ethics Committee, in accordance with a a previously established and communicated organization protocol.
